A bit of whimsy found while walking in the small coastal town of Pescadero. A cute village surrounded by farmlands and just a stones throw from the Pacific Ocean. Of course, when I think of lawn decorations my mind goes to ceramic garden gnomes, tiny wishing wells, white picket fences, or perhaps even manicured shrubs. But this front lawn boasts a fence of large driftwood, an old surfboard, a curious owl made of welded junk metal scraps and a London phone booth (also known as a red kiosk). I could not resist taking these pictures.
