I love flying. Since I was a boy, when,we flew halfway around the world to join my father who was working in Bangkok, Thailand. I don't get to travel as much as I’d like. But just being able to watch the planes take off and land is still a great thrill. SFO has a great vantage point called Bayfront Park where you can watch the action on all four of the runways. Last week, I caught 2 of my favorite jets, the Boeing 744 and the Boeing 777. Both beautiful and big.
Maybe not as awe inspiring as waves crashing on the rocks at the ocean, but, to me, a great excuse to get out with my camera. Plane spotting rocks!
